What is Cash On Delivery?
Cash On Delivery (COD) is one of the payment option you can choose when you order a book from
makeenbooks.com. Once you have placed your order using this payment option our customer care agent
will call you to confirm your order before we process your order, therefore please ensure you have
entered your correct mobile number. We will deliver the order to your doorstep. And when the book is
delivered we request you to pay the full amount by cash to the courier agent.
Which Book(s) can be ordered by COD payment option?
The Books that can be ordered by the COD payment option are books that have a 2 days delivery period
stated under the book. And the cover of the book will display following COD icon.
Is COD available to my address?
COD is available to all addresses in Sri Lanka.
Please Note,
Books that have a delivery period of 20, 21, and 22 days are not eligible for cash on delivery orders.
